Assalamualaikum and a very good day to all readers :) On the first time you read the title of this article, have you ever heard about it? Do you have any idea about Ladies' Valency? Some of you might know already about Ladies' Valency and some of you also might have joined this event right?
Looking through the picture above, can you predict what are these thousand words describing? Now lets stop asking yourselves question and get started to know about Ladies' Valency. Continue reading until the end and spread this to you friends okay? :)
Ladies' Valency or commonly called LV is an event designed to provide activities and a worth platform for ladies to actively enjoy their campus life. I noticed a lot of us have talent in sport, entertainment, fashion and so on, but we don’t have a platform to show it off at the right place especially for Muslim women. As a Muslim, we can have entertainment with the necessary limitation and boundaries meant by Allah to avoid unwanted things to happen. We as a Muslim strongly believe that all the rules and boundaries created by Allah are the best rules for us to live in this world and to follow Allah rules makes ourselves rewarded in our life and hereafter. Every single cloud has it silver lining. To give you some impression, this is the list of all activities organised in LV 2010. There might be some extra or changes will be made in Ladies'Valency 2011. Just wait and see for the next semester :)1. Forum Baitul Muslim. Speaker : Ustaz Habiburrahman Al-Shirazy and Ustaz Hasrizal

Alhamdulillah, all praise be to Allah,
HELWI will be conducting once again, the Fiqh Wanita class for this semester.
Just like before, the knowledge sharing will be delivered by the speaker, Ustazah Mashitah Binti Sabdin.
This is the only one class that will be conducted in this semester.
All female students and staff are invited to come to 'Kelas Tentang Dunia Hawa' tomorrow :)

Cover the aurat is synonymous with Muslim. but probably not all follow. Yes, automatically born as Muslims can not necessarily guarantee anything right?
Not all muslimah notes the words commanded in Surah al-Nur verse 31:
"And tell the believing women to lower their gaze (from looking at forbidden things), and protect their private parts (from illegal sexual acts) and not to show off their adornment except only that which is apparent (like both eyes for necessity to see the way, or outer palms of hands or one eye or dress like veil, gloves, head-cover, apron, etc.), and to draw their veils all over Juyubihinna (i.e. their bodies, faces, necks and bosoms) and not to reveal their adornment except to their husbands, or their fathers...."
My dearest sisters, it is not difficult to cover up..if the shame, embarrassment, is inside of you. when a variety of reasons accompanying the call for cover up themselves, then it will become difficult..
Nowadays, Muslimah fashion have become trends in the world. However, does the trend really muslimah????one evening, a friend sharing a posting, about an event which called Islamic Fashion Show nauzubillah .. Is this the Muslimah fashion?? judge it yourselves..

Imam Ghazali once said: `` Knowledge without practice is a crazy and at the same time, the practice without knowledge is a practice that will not happen, wasting and in vain.''
Islam is not for showing...but its about understanding and feeling...
how could they proud to show it..ruin the Islam itself as well as the woman dignity...

Ladies' Valency is coming once again for the next semester. For those of you who have no idea about this event, come to Ladies' Valency Recruitment Drive to have a clearer impression. And for those of you who have the experiences of joining this event, you are the right person that we need! To all ladies, we don't discriminate your age, or your year of study, or even your CGPA : P Just come because we are waiting for you! We manage to design this event to be the most wonderful girls-boys-out event ever, but your colours is the biggest factor to make it fantastic and grand event :)

Menurut ulamak terkenal masa kini, Sheikh Dr. Yusuf al-Qaradhawi, Islam menganggap penyertaan seseorang dalam pilihan raya dan pungutan suara serupa dengan memberi kesaksian bahawa calon yang dipilih adalah baik. Pada pandangan beliau lagi, sesiapa yang memberikan undian/suaranya kepada seorang calon kerana alasan kerabat dekat atau sekampung, atau kerana berharap dapat mengambil manfaat bila calon itu terpilih nanti, maka dia telah menentang firman Allah di dalam surah at-Talaq, ayat ke-2 yang bermaksud,
"Dan hendaklah kalian dirikan kesaksian itu kerana Allah."
Manakala sesiapa yang tidak menunaikan kewajipannya dalam pilihan raya (tidak keluar mengundi) sehingga golongan yang jujur kalah dan golongan yang tidak layak memimpin menang dengan suara majoriti, maka dia juga telah menentang perintah Allah dalam memberi kesaksian. Firman Allah di dalam surah al-Baqarah, ayat 282 yang bermaksud,
"Janganlah saksi-saksi itu enggan (memberi keterangan) apabila mereka dipanggil."
"Dan janganlah kalian (para saksi) menyembunyikan kesaksiannya dan sesiapa menyembunyikannya, maka sesungguhnya dia adalah orang-orang yang berdosa hatinya." (al-Baqarah: 283)
